Foreword and Your acceptance of these terms and conditions

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Springsyple collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from visitors and users (hereafter "User(s)” or “You”) of the website ("Site") developed by Springsyple SA/NV (hereafter “Springsyple” or “We” or “Us”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Springsyple (hereafter “Springsyple” or “We” or “Us”).

Springsyple complies with the law of 8 December 1992 regarding privacy protection when processing the User’s personal data.

By visiting this Site and/or making use of Springsyple’s product and service offerings, You agree to the below principles and signify your acceptance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site.

Personal data

We may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, create a profile, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked typically for their name, email address, home address, phone number and bank account information.

Users may however also visit our Site without submitting their personal data. We will collect personal data from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to Us. Data are not stored longer than needed for Springsyple’s product and service offerings.

Some of the advertisements may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve advertisements users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non-personal identifiable information" and does NOT track your personal data. Persons under 18 years

Except in case of contrary provisions of imperative law, Belgian law is applicable to this Privacy Policy and the Belgian courts are competent in case of a dispute.
